Sketch: Apple

After trying 2 sketches, i knew my weakness. It wasn't surprising, I knew it all along.. I didnt understand both the values and the color. My sketch isn't very good either..

I watched some speed paintings on youtube and they are great, totally good stuffs. They made it seems so easy... and so i woke up few hours later and tried out the apple tutorial in cgtalk on my own. And here is my ever first digital apple, the best looking apple i have ever drawn in my entire life.
